I started daily blogging AMPL daily around 10 days ago. If you bought $10k worth then you have $11.5k worth now - up 15% by compound interest.

Today AMPL sits at $1.44, looking at a 3% rebase coming in under 2 hours.

I have felt we were in early stages of "stage 2" in the AMPL market upwards cycle anyway. This rise to $1.44 is really a step above normal price ranges, as is the 3% rather than 1.5%-2% rebase - really confirms it.

Stage 0 - The exact bottom, at around $90mil cap. It wasnt there for long. Was very difficult to buy there.

Stage 1 - Getting off the bottom - the first 30 of the last 45 days where we had around 25+ out of 30 days of positive rebase and the market cap rose to $170m, so nearly double, over this time. No hype, just a few believers buying regularly and the market naturally turning and finding it's support.

Stage 2 - Started 10-14 days ago, driven by fundamentals of the geysers being announced (3 new incentive programs with a total of $4m in rewards for liquidity providers (and it's also grown 15% thanks to rebases... yes, think on this, the more the $AMPL price runs the more there is available as rewards...), and now I would say we are mid way through Stage 2 because of this higher than normal jump. I'd expect 1-2 weeks more within a healthy but not excessive range - 1-3% rebase days, taking us to a $400-500million market cap range. * also supporting this is new wallet daily growth. 10 days ago it was nothing really 5-20 new daily. Today it looks around 110 new wallet for a total of 19,278.

Stage 3 - The hype is on, people all over twitter are discussing AMPL again, at this stage it is a serious candidate to get added in major exchanges - think binance / coinbase, and it just can not be overlooked by the likes of lending platforms Aave and Maker and Cream either - there will be ampl holders screaming out to integrate AMPL as lending collateral and the first to add it will take this market and the fees.

Stage 4 - Is the final mania stage, where everyone knows AMPL is the next big thing in defi. Just as it gained 5x it's market cap in 2 weeks last time in its 4th stage of the cycle, think similar again. It sounds nutty, but think $1.5bn-$5bn market cap :P

you can hold and get the rebase, or if you have equal amounts of USDC or eth laying around, you can stake it in a geyser, either the balancer one or uniswap. the longer you leave it in, the greater the reward multiplier. if you wanna stay liquid, keep it in wallet and you can cash out much faster if you need it, or want to sell profits following rebase.

my point is, is that it moves in cycles. 4 cycles up 4 cycles down - with cycle 1-2 down being absolutely lethal.

point is , this is early, this is 1 month after it bottomed, when it is trending up, with new, HIGHLY PROFITABLE incentive programs in place.. we have a fair way to go.

i'm not exactly advocating buying and holding ampl forever like you might bitcoin - although I genuinely believe that in say 3-4 more FULL cycles that it will trend higher each time, but sure the down cycles are painful... But the last cycle started at $7million, went to $700million, and bottomed back at $90million (which is not too dissimilar to the pullbacks Bitcoin has had over 3-4 year periods 3-4x now..) ... so STILL had 10x up on its starting point.... you are in near the start of this next cycle.

This is the ultimate traders coin, if bitcoin does a full cycle in 4 years, ampl does a full cycle in 4-5 months.

It can be highly profitable, if you are early.
