Dec 12 is 21 days from Nov 20, the start of this moonphase. XRP's bullrun in 2017 lasted about 24 days. If that is a predictor, then a few days past the 12th could be the run. It's almost like these dates have been planned for maximum fuckery.

Right now, I'm thinking trade half the stack on the 11th, for something like Stellar or Link. Get the airdrop for the other half of the stack, and get ready to buy XRP back at the dip. Increase the stack and take some profit. Hold the rest for a few days and try to time the peak.

Do you mean to not take profits during the bullrun? XRP has always retraced after the run. To not sell at least some before the peak is to believe it's not going peak and then dump with the rest of the alt coins.
