You have a misconception of what it means to "risk" your money. Leaving it in a bank is risky, look at other countries capital controls, bail-ins, etc. Leaving it in cash is risky too because its a guaranteed loss to inflation. You have to think bigger picture and longer term. Only trade with small percentages of your folio.

U will probably lose your money but u can make a lot of money on options. Tastytrade is the best for options. U can make options trades that are much safer too (google 'theta option strategies' or 'the wheel').

I like crypto because it has the potential to 10x without having to time everything perfectly like u would need to do with risky options trades.

Learn how to use a brokerage & u won't be so scared about investing your money. BUY stocks or crypto and only play a little bit of money with options because they are complex & u can lose money very quickly if u get the trade wrong.

do not set a stop loss. buy some stocks that pay dividends and expect to hold them for a long time. even if it goes down, just keep collecting and reinvesting the dividend to reduce your cost basis.

Index fund or mutual fund. Its an already diversified grouping of stocks. By purchasing 1000's of stocks at once, you're more likely to get the market average of 8% returns. I also highly suggest a 401k and Roth IRA. Before you put any money anywhere though, do your research and read about different investments. A few hours of research now to save thousands of working hours later is well worth.

if you are looking for an extremely low risk investing method, look up a protective collar. you buy 100 shares of a stock (id reccommend SPY for this) and then you sell a call, and buy a put. you buy the put to limit the downside risk, and you sell a call to pay for the put. you therefore lose max profit but its a good safe way to guarentee gains
