When I was born my grandpa set up a trust fund that would pay for my college tuition and whatever I didnt use I got half at 25 and the other half at 30. I turned 25 last summer and I didnt go to college. The earliest well known study of "QE" is ancient Rome. And for hundreds of years it was the "reserve currency" of much of Eurasia.

Break it down by 100 or 500 dollar chunks of account value increasing. Every dollar of profit taking you take is locking down money to keep.
