Expecting a woman, or any person honestly, to fulfill a contract to its completion, especially a contract meant to last until death is a failed premise. The intelligent, based decision is to find a woman who loves you enough to remain in a relationship with you until you've grown tired enough of one another that you move on. Because the average person does not consult a lawyer before drafting these documents. Prenups only get thrown out when it’s considered unfair, through intimidation (not related to I won’t get married unless you sign this pre nup), or some other shit. The most common is because people throw in “waive child support”. You can very easily get alimony waived for both parties AND keep your assets, but no judge is ever going to agree to waiving that because you cannot put value on a child’s life. In addition, most people that get rich did not include a clause that relates to gains or growth of real estate value, brokerage acc value, business value, etc. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED PLAINTIFF WILL RECEIVE 50% OF GROWTH especially if the spouse pays the mortgage or property taxes even once. Dumb fucks will also get joint accounts and then complain like they didn’t even attempt to consider a bitch being unfaithful or that it might end one day.

Because divorces are mediated through family courts (an unconstitutional communist institution) which are run by radical feminists with absolute power to do whatever is necessary to advantage women at men's expense. In these magical constitution-free zones, concepts such as "contractual obligations" or "fair and equitable outcomes" take on different meanings than you may be used to from the lesser courts.
