yeah i made 66 bucks lmao. i don't use the keltner channel for day trades though that shit only seems to work consistently on the hourly and daily timeframes because tutes respect the 200 there, im mostly just too lazy to remove it. the MA's do give an easy way to see the general long term trend, but i mostly just look at my indicator, relative volume, and what the QQQ is doing at the time, so it's still a bit discretionary. the blue boxes i highlighted were where i noticed what was likely exhaustion volume (and it was) and a nice dip i bought when the QQQ's were still going up strongly.

yes and yes. an MA on volume is useful to basically make it easier to see above average volume relative to the rest of the day. usually when you have a big move in a given direction it will end with a volume spike when it's going to change direction. nothing is 100% in the market but it's a common chart pattern. im mostly scalping off of indicators here but i also check out price action as well so i don't take every signal. a good video if you want to learn more about price action/volume stuff, i can't recommend livetraders enough (all their youtube vids are free, all you need. also jared's twitter is good for stock picks each day if you are interested in that, also free):

Legally you can even day trade and IRA, trade options, and even make it a margin account so you don't have to wait for T+2 settlement.
