APY for staking is 40%, APY for liquidity mining fluctuates but is currently around 115%. HIGHER REWARDS but it's higher risk and you have to provide both sides of the liquidity token (1/2 ETH, 1/2 PLOT). So if you want to just hold PLOT and have low risk returns then staking is the way to go.
