bitcoin is a toy and so is ether and most other cryptos. xrp is not a toy. that is why i bought it. i'm not shilling for them or anything, and it wouldn't surprise me if bitcoin does better this bullrun, but i can't bring myself to invest in a meme like bitcoin. my better judgement won't let me.

the fee is small and afaik it's to prevent people from spamming the network. it's not meant to burn a large amounts of XRP or be cost-prohibitive. xrp is really just a tool and practical measures can be taken to avoid weird limiting behavior like what you describe. it's made to work, as far as i can tell. not to satisfy some ideology.
