If you look how much has been pumped into mortgage backed securities, treasuries, and corporate debt it's no wonder that stocks and residential real estate are doing so well.

By pushing down FHA rates by buying MBS, the Fed is lowering home payments for new buyers significantly. People are also refinancing and pulling tons of money out and dumping it into stocks.

The Fed purchasing treasuries forces asset managers to put that money into other securities, and they just dump it into indexes.

Wouldn't be suprised if Sp500 hits 4,000 EOY and even 5,000 next year, but with the wave of foreclosures on the horizon and bad bank loans, the crash will be brutal.
