Just thought I’d stop in with some rational thought. I felt what you felt in 2017 when my portfolio mooned to 6 figs and was in that range. I felt like I made it. Money wasn’t as important as it used to be, etc.

When it comes crashing down, you will feel lots of pain. And it will. It always will. Markets to in cycles.

I sold some of my stack back then and sent 5 figs to the bank, but wish I did more.

I've mined a few BTC back in 2011, stopped because it was a waste of time and they were worth a pittance.
I cashed out almost all of my BTC in Dec 2017, perfectly timing the local top, and became a millionaire.
My networth is still around 1.2M, but to be honest, I don't feel numb, I feel more or less depressed.
I could have had 5M, 10M, and so on, that would be perfect. In my area, 1M barely affords a very small older house. It sucks.

That said, I'm almost 100% in stocks, and only index funds, no individual stocks.
I have around 3 BTC left, because that was many, many scattered little UTXOs. I could not sell them, because it would have cost me $50 to transfer a $50 UTXO to an exchange. I managed to consolidate all to a single big UTXO when BTC was much cheaper and when the hype was over.
I do not speculate with shitcoins at all! I have NEVER "invested" in shitcoins. The only shitcoins I've got were from forks. Aaaah, I remember selling all my forked BCH at $2700! Yes, I also remember selling all my Bitcoin Gold at > $100...
