Me personally am going to go buy the most expensive scotch available in my store, and just laugh while sipping it and shitposting on /biz/.

In the weeks and months to follow I'm going to get an accountant to make sure my taxes are done right and my money is safe. Then I'll look into creating some sort of passive income, probably real estate. I'm also gonna pay off my student loans, and give money to my family.

I'm going to get a nice house for myself too, with a personal training room. Gonna wake up every morning about 9am, get a cup off coffee, then do my calisthenic workout, along with some boxing and jump rope. Then I'll just do whatever the hell I want for the rest of my day. i think this is cool because it seems to open up a whole world of possibilities- for example, setting a hook to automatically donate 1% of all transactions conducted with a smart contract to go towards planting trees to make them carbon neutral.

Yeah you're right it isn't really a battle worth fighting. It's true there have been posts since 2017, but this year was particularly special and the first time I really saw a community develop around it on /biz/. That specific community seemed to coalesce to some extent around discussing the larp, so to see newfags come in and try to remove it from discussion is a little disheartening. Idk I assumed it was a larp but it was still fun and hasn't necessarily been disproven - the Putin news in particular was somewhat compelling for me.
