This project has been running silent but deep for most of its life. Decentralizing the technological singularity is the biggest, most important undertaking imaginable. When it finally explodes, it's going to catch most of retail crypto by surprise. I can't stress enough how historically important SNET may turn out to be. Elon Musk wants Neuralink to mitigate the dangers of the intelligence explosion, to give humans more power to direct AI by merging with it more fully and at higher bandwidth. SNET for its part strikes me as the best plan of attack to make sure that one corporation or government doesn't get the jump on true artificial general intelligence.

Every decentralized network is designed to capture increasing value and market cap. If the price is going up, that's because people want the tokens. Ideally, they want the tokens so they can actually use them on the network, but initially it's mostly speculators speculating.
