I've been buying literally every TSM dip I could whenever I have cash on hand. There's no reason to sell it. Ah, gotcha. Been there, done that. Just understand that TSM is not a position to lose faith in. It's one of my safest holds and a pretty large portion of my portfolio because it's stable and strong. They're literally overbooked on orders leading into next year. Also their only competitor for 5nm is Samsung, and they don't have an official roadmap to it yet last time I checked. It's possible Samsung shits the bed and TSM becomes literally the only producer of next generation chips and ultimately hold a monopoly in the semiconductor space.

TSM would be valued more like ASML's valuation if China wasn't so scary on Taiwan

American stock is just becoming unreliable too because it's increasingly leaning on the Chinese market or Chinese trade deals which are just all over the place. I'm actually leaning towards European stocks now bc of their good financials. There are some sleeper Euro stocks out there that will probably boost once the US and China finish fucking each other up so bad.
