Found a social media influencer company

Cast 90% women and 10% Men

Contract them for 1 or 3 years

Rent or Build nice looking company flats for these women and men. They have to live and work in these.

Build up a brand around each casted person
Create patreons, onlyfans etc. for them, and collect the funds in your company. You could also let them create these accounts but then you will have to collect your share from the money they have earned.
