i still think tracking down good tRaDorS on etherscan works better than biz. I cant force myself to look into those shit shill threads.

>> No.23859186

>>23859127

but that's the thing, don't look at shill threads. If a project is good it doesn't get shilled. People have this misconception that LINK was shilled here for example. Truth is it wasn't, it was organic conversation between anons that were over the moon about finding the next eth. Projects like RLC, PNK, RSR, AMPL and particularly STA, those are things that are shilled. Stay away from all shill threads. But yeah you can tell a lot from traders on etherscan. What's your method and how do you find them?

Memes are a great indicator to tell if something is organic. It is quite obvious that RLC and PNK are organic just looking at the memes that they make. Much less to say about the other shitcoins that you mentioned.

No the "whatever has the best memes wins" model fails. Again, LINK created that idea and now people think it applies to everything else but it simply doesn't. STA have the most and best memes outside of LINK and it is an utter and total shitcoin, literally the worst thing that ever gets posted here.

MATE THIS IS MY FUCKING STRATEGY. I admit I'm an idiot and a brainlet, so I don't make decisions and I don't try to understand complex stuff like blockchains and ethereums. I just follow the money. I own a 5 figure portfolio right now.

The magic fancy tech going on in the background isn't a fantastic predictor of how successful a *token* will be. The amount of people building on your network also isn't necessarily an indicator of the value of your token. That being said, there are some projects out there whose tech is head and shoulders above its 'competitors', and that would be a good indicator *now* for the success of the network (and thus the value of the token) *later*.

What's wrong with RSR?
For me, if a coin has a stable presence on /biz/ for long enough time (and it's not obvious pajeet shills like hairc*mb), then it's probably worth investigating.
I dived into RSR and it's really promising. What is more, it's partnered with actual legit people AND it's doing very well this bull run.

How do I find good traders on etherscan? I've tried finding whale accounts with the top 1000 holders of some coins but I'm not sure if that's a good indicator of trading success

>> No.23861372

>>23860987

Just like you search for gem tokens.
find a wallet, copy moves. Be sure to check the transaction history, that`s the hardest part. Sclae your capital to the wallet btw, if you dont wish to do risk managment yourself. Simple percentage cross formula does just fine. Once you`ve picked the cherry you`ve got it golden so choose wallets wisely

Success of a network? I don't know, from my perspective it's been the teams behind it having really good advocacy programs, reaching out and actively supporting as best you can anyone that are wanting to build on your platform, as well as enticing people that haven't begun building to build on your platform.
Value of a token? If I told you that bro, I wouldn't still be working. I've worked with Wei before but *never* saw Kulupu coming
