growing up in the projects i always dreamed of being rich..

now at 26 i have passed 800k net worth, have an amazing job, and i can buy basically anything i want within reason.

but yet, life was better when i was a poor little kid in the projects, i will never feel that pure happiness again.

whats the point of all this?

As a kid you will experience the world better then as an adult (you always will). The point now is to find a hot sweet girl and start a family and try to enjoy your kids as they grow up.
The only problem with this is that its kind of hard to find a girl you love that wants that aswel.

A few will, but for most life is just misery, accept that. I am trying buddhism at the moment. It doesn't really help yet, but maybe it will eventually.

Have 9 kids. Who needs money when you have 11 people in your family? You'll literally start a dynasty

Adopt a child and raise them to become better than you
Show them the value of life and make sure they're happy
Get them into a good school and talk to them daily
Give them the support you should have had
And when they become a teenager remember to get involved with a crime organization and get killed
This will instill your child with a new resolve and the cycle will continue

I'm the same OP. It's because nothing mattered then and I had nothing to lose. Try as I may I'll never get back to that

I live in the projects. I'm 21 and nowhere near my goal. But I've developed a strategy and I'm sure in the relatively short term I'll be rich enough to never work again. I'm even dropping out of school to focus 100% on trading. Who needs a meme degree anyways?

It's because when you're a kid, you don't know shit about the world. It isn't until you finish school and get a real job out in the real world that you actually start to get it.

Money doesnt bring happiness, but it helps with giving you freedom to test out what kind of life feels right for you. Find something meaningful to do. My net worth is less than yours atm, but I am already looking into restoring ecosystems on degraded land. You can do fucking cool shit with small starting capital and some effort. This doc shows a good range of the capital vs. effort in this case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OC_Y1ZTZXQ4
But I am sure there are million things you could do and find meaning in. Use your wealth to find out what that is. gl

Nobody understands purpose, some of us only intuitively understand it exists, and then interpret it in accordance with our own limitations. The only thing that seems to have purpose is procreation. Ever wonder why literally every living thing has an inherent urge to procreate? Existence simply demands procreation, which is logical, being that without procreation, life ceases to exist. Why is the urge so selfish then? Well, this ensures only the best of us spread seed. Here's your purpose - conquer, impregnate, imprint yourself in the human genome.
