Starting Advice for newfags

Lurk on here for at least 1 month it will give you the ability to spot how scam coins are promoted and a better understanding of how things work on this board, also, don't post before you have done that.

Be prepared to hold your coins even if they dump, don't look at the graphs too much or you will make mistakes. Holding is the best strategy if you are new to the game, you can study the graph, but make it a rule not to act emotionally on it.

Learn basics of technical analysis, some call them meme lines, but it's also more like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Don't try to time tops and bottoms it's near impossible.

When signing up for an exchange look for referral codes that give 10%/10%, which basically means you earn as much as the one who referred you, it will stack up in the long run or if you are a large investor even in the short term.

Keep in mind that people will call anything a scam on here even if it is a legit project which is why you must always do your own research before buying anything. This board is also used by people who make artificial threads about their coin to promote it, or a group of people that coordinate their posts on discord, which is why sometimes you will see 10 threads about a coin on one day and then 0 for the next 5 days.

Buy low, sell high. Coins mostly pump before they release anything new and dump right on release date. That's why it can be smart to sell the news. Don't start with shitcoins, buy coins that are relatively stable but that have upwards potential because of their technical solutions. Most shitcois moon once and then bleed towards 0, don't become a bagholder. About 90% of shitcoins shilled here are straight up scams.
