If you're just staking for money and the reward is crazy high, it means they're printing and have a high inflation rate. No protocol has the usage necessary to pay an actual reward.

Look for options where you actually have to do something (e.g. run a hardware heavy node), and then you can understand where your >avg mkt return is coming from. I'm mining TRB, but I have quite a few FPGA's, so me getting 1000% return had a capital cost.
