For now, during Beta, stick with the verified partner pools - Swash and Thalus. The Amazon Product Pool is not a partner, but is trusted by the Ocean devs (they tweeted about it). More verified partner pools are coming very soon.

The verified partners won't do rug pulls, so they are safe. Price (in Ocean) will, of course, fluctuate as people take profit - just like any other coin/token - so don't panic if it drops after you jump in, just wait for the next pump.

Yes, the more people that join the pool, the higher the price goes. For example, the Thalus pool was at almost zero this morning (a few hundred Ocean), but is now 114k Ocean. It will likely double from there this week, if not triple.

Alright already got to pooling. So how does this work? If I withdraw too early do I lose Ocean? I pooled about 500 Ocean tokens on this and it says my liquidity is 249.947 OCEAN. Is that the amount I get when I withdraw and if so, will that grow over time? I'm really new to this.

Yep, it's just like buying/selling any other crypto. Just make sure that if you're going to jumping in and out of pools you have enough ETH in your wallet to cover transaction fees. They can add up if you do it a lot.
