you went cheap on the gas price for the tx and now you have to wait an eternity for it to confirm.
cancel the tx in your metamask then use the highest default gas price to complete it.

gas is the small amount of ethereum you pay for each transaction. Just approve it for a small amount and then you'll be able to swap after it goes through.
