The president of the United States doesn't have the ability to just print money as this is a right given to the legislative body and the federal reserve which is a private entity. Democrats wouldn't release a stimulus before the election that was only a stimulus they attempted to pass this 500page super bill that included stimulus. Trump won't sign off on this because no one even knows what the fuck is in it, but that is how politicians line their pockets is via these massive bills no one can read. Now stimulus is pushed off until after the election
