Binance listed before they were given extra tokens by the team, which tells me that Binance was buying in advance and wanted to get the jump on Coinbase so a listing was inevitable and completely out of the teams control. They can't stop listings even if they wanted to.

It takes a certain type of man to hold RSR. The type of man that cheers for the hare, but bets on the tortoise. The type of man that expects the sunshine, but prepares for the rain. The type of man that Reserves his seat, well in advance.

What type of man are you, /biz/?

There's no upper limit to the price. RSR is deflationary, and the amount of burned tokens is completely determined by RSV. This means that nobody has an exact figure yet, but if we take into consideration the trajectory of RSV and look at the demand in the markets for something like RSV it's not hard to make an estimated guess as to how many tokens can burn per year based on those estimations.

It wont surprise me if we see multiple billions of tokens burn in the first year assuming the price of RSR stays under $1. This assumes that the velocity + MC of RSV is high enough and the price of RSR is under $1 which means that more RSR will always be burned per each dollar of RSV being arbitraged.

If RSR is 50 cents then it takes 2 RSR to arbitrage $1 of RSV and so on. The lower the price the more RSR get used up and the higher the price the less RSR get used. As RSV MC and Velocity increase more and more RSR get burned until the price catches up. I predict there will be at least 1-2B tokens burned in the first few months and possibly 2-4B tokens burned the first year. This is based on a 1 - .5% capture of the marketcap of each country that RSV is targeting as well as the price of RSR staying under 10 cents for the first 6 months of mainnet.

7-8 countries with ~ 250b - 400b gdp and RSV captures 1% - .5%, puts it at a total MC of ~8-16B for RSV with a 2-5% velocity = ~240-480M arbitrage opportunities per year @ ~5-10 cents = ~2.4-4.8B tokens burned in 1 year give or take depending on other factors (price increase or decrease).

PayPal is not an integrator of RSR, and neither of RSV, but that doesn't matter as RSR/RSV is an alternative. A decentralized alternative that millions of people will use nonetheless. People with no access to PayPal. Different markets entirely.
