I made python bindings for my exchange's API but haven't gone any further. Too busy atm to worry about figuring out logic, but will work on that later on.

honestly, the idea strikes me as being incredibly naive. buy a bot? i guess so, if you want a template to build off of and the cost is worth skipping over the initial effort. I would never just trust a bot that someone else made though, you have to tweak it's behavior to fit and exploit the opportunities you yourself identify in the market.

I've experimented with many bots, each having their own strategy of scalping or swing trading. I've used many bots from Tradingview, 3commas, and even paid someone to make on a strategy I learned.

My experience was amazing the first few times especially as I was using Bitmex at the time using leverage all the time. Eventually the bots start shitting out and all your "hard-earned" gains vanish. You might break-even, or dig yourself deeper into a hole.

Don't do it. Day Trading is a fucking meme.

what if you keep updating your not/strategies? I doubt that any 1 thing can run for too long using the same strategy. wasn't that the issue with yVaults?

i program custom bots based on existing or newly programed for you tradingview strategy for as little as 100$ for me is worth it and using them my self.

If you keep updating it, it could work in your favor depending how the market is moving.

Here's another perspective on this
