For guys that are flipping shitcoins on uniswap, how do you make sure you get in early, how do you avoid being left bagholding? Any tips?

>> No.23522711

Bump. Or is the trick to buy the coin right after it's added to uniswap?

There's no 100% anon but some tips I've found are below;
Make sure you can find the coin on dextools, this gives you a chart, volume and holders.

Make sure the coin doesn't have 50%+ of supply owned by 1 or 2 whales or you get dumped on

Don't buy a coin that's just a fork. Loads of people
make scam coins to copy good coins to rug. Eg core mooned so you get rcore, upcore, Kore etc

You also want a coin that has a decent amount of liquidity in both tokens and eth (at least 100 eth) or you may not get your money out when you sell
An example of a good coin I'm really high on below
https://www.dextools.io/app/uniswap/pair-explorer/0x06e4c11eaac88ae9253f9e86b60c8b4e7d4b281c

Why is it good? Bullish chart, good amount of holders for the short time its been sold and huge volume for a new coin ( anything around $1mil in 24 hours is huge. There's 10 statera threads on this forum but that coin has less than $100k volume)

And remember, most importantly. Take profit.
Good luck.

No worries, also when you're looking at uniswap shit coins remember FA always trumps TA, example below

https://www.dextools.io/app/uniswap/pair-explorer/0x9081b50bad8beefac48cc616694c26b027c559bb

Why has this shitcoin done a 12 x in 3 days? Because of binance links. Anything early that gets big news will pump hard. Its a mine field but anything with a decent team and good devs will always make you, only in the long run.

If you have a few eth to throw at something NBT is the one.

For me as a relative newfag it's playing it safe and not getting too greedy to avoid losing money
but then again I sold VOX at 130$ just a few days ago when I could have gotten a x20 today so it may not be the best way to go

>> No.23523258

>>23523180
Never think of gains you didn't get anon, sure missing a 20x sucks but in most instances the contract gets rugged and you get 0

Cashing out slowly is the way to go, 25% , then 50% then leave 25% as a moon bag

>> No.23523263

>>23523035
Very interesting, I'll probably buy a $100 worth.
I'm mostly interested in short-term trading to stack BTC/ETH/LINK and I'm not sure about the tech - but as long as it's not an exit scam and people seem to believe it, it may be profitable.

>> No.23523392

>>23523263
That's exactly the same as me anon, I don't give a shit about thenp tech and 99% of people have no idea or have read the white papers but I know which ones make money and its all about stacking eth.

These new coins are far too risky, unless you know what a project is and you've done loads of research you wanna wait out until there's a couple of hundred transactions first, buying that early is asking for trouble

I follow a whale that always buys early on shitcoins, but it's risky and it's better to just swing trade on top altcoins

Its either gambling or you being an insider. Thats it. Dont touch shotcoins.

I try to gauge sentiment on several TG/Discords.

Take a look at /biz/ to see for mentions of the coin, this also helps gauge coin volume.

Use Dextools as a reference, but keep an eye on number of wallets holding, number of tokens, amount of whales, etc. I'd say it is easier on DexTools, but better to learn to navigate Etherscan.

If you know Solidity or at least JS, take a look at the contract. It's not like you'll do a full audit, but you can check if the contract says what it does (5% percent burn, etc) and definitely look for a mint function.

>If you see a function called rugPull() you're golden kek.

There are plenty of opportunities, but remember not to get greedy.

My play for today is a coin called YGF. Not shilling it, but it has absolutely bottomed and is bouncing back. This coin made me much money on saturday and looking forward to repeating that play.

Here is the DexTools link, if interested:

https://www.dextools.io/app/uniswap/pair-explorer/0x41d634a3ca3162b3c9b5b1317192b143608af345

I got in at 12 and sold at 22 last Saturday, looking forward to repeating that trade.

>In summmary, DYOR, gauge sentiment, set an entry point and don't get greedy. You'll do fine.

>>23525005
No problem, this one still has alot of room to grow so don't sell any till $100 + and then only a small bit

>>23525764

>> No.23528221

on NBT?
What price did you buy in at? Based on current chart id say $50 by tomorrow at least $150 Eow .. after that who knows, there's only $1.3 mil of volume, this thing has such crazy room to grow. Remember it only has 10k more supply than YFI did and at the height of that crazy that was $40k+ per token. Dont get me wrong I don't think it'll go that crazy but 1/100 th if that is moremthan reasonable so $300- $400

>> No.23528338

Its up to you as to what you want to get out of it, if you're happy with 2x then that's fine, personally I usually leave 25%min as a moon bag just in case it blows up

Nice work, I never feel confident swinging uniswap shit coins as big buys and sells usually have too much price impact.

I did everything except for checking the code for a project.
Went into $SUS and everything was good, liquidity locked, active community, good volume. But I haven't checked the code of project, cause I don't understand JS and Solidity. So basically dev said he would provide project with NFT's, he should've done that yesterday, delayed that for unknown ammount of time, so I quited the project and sold most of my bags.
