You don't want it to just ignore everything and pump straight up, you want it to test higher just to then dump hard, test lower and hold because that means people see value for bitcoin at those areas. My personal guess is either ~16.2k or ~19.3k where it will reverse hard and if 9-9.5k breaks during the dump, then wait for ~5.4k before buying again.
Keep in mind that there's still a lot of things that could hurt bitcoin that is still actively being talked about around the world, like banning/limiting it or whatever which we can't obviously predict based on the chart and if the rumors are true about countries wanting to make their own cryptos then why would they want to keep the main big boy bitcoin around?
