The Fed is creating money out of thin air, making the gvt its slave. Slave needs money, takes out loan from fed, has to pay back interest on loan to fed(that was created out of thin air).

How does gvt pay back loan to fed? They tax its citizens, raise tariffs on goods etc. But raising tariffs doesn't really work anymore, it doesn't raise enough money.
