Why do people think they can make it holding stocks long term? Literally the only way to make it is swing trading. If you hold shares long term you’re more likely to lose it all when the market crashes again than anything. Why would you ever hold a stock more than a week or two and not have tight stop losses set? you must be new to this shit
this is clown market this is not the real market, this is not how the market is supposed to operate, unless your pretty good at swing trading you are bound to loose, something like 89 percent of day traders loose money in the long term, when markets are stable finding parabolic companies is difficult and not as easy to predict.

buying stocks and holding for ever is the best strategy specially if they give you dividends, usually companies worth a fuck are the ones spreading dividends.
if your smart enough you can retire with nothing but your investment generating a steady income

most people swing trading will loose enough money to discourage them from future investments, some are actually restrained for their own good i know people who have lose thousands chasing previous loses and have been told to let it go and never gamble in the stock market again because they most likely will loose even more money.

swing trading is not really that easy in the grate scheme of things, it just looks easy specially if your having a good run

I used to assume Snapchat was dying these days because I started using it when everyone else did and slowly all of my mates have stopped.
I have an ex that's 5 years younger than me and she told me that it's the only way her and her friends communicate, they don't use Messenger but use Snapchat instead. WhatsApp is boomer-tier (that's what my friends all mostly use).
I think Snapchat had the unbeatable advantage of hiding any message contents until opened, so you never have to worry about a preview notification or anyone seeing something you don't want them to. Also, girls tend to just have ADD and want to send faces to each other all the time.
I wouldn't be bullish for Snapchat per se but I definitely think it belongs in a Becky ETF alongside AAPL, NKE, BOO, etc.

What I mean is, if there is more money in the stock market but not necessarily more money being spent by consumers, the PEG (or whatever other valuation metric you like) of every stock would naturally rise. It's basically inflation but only affecting the stock market.

Don't say "stop losses," because the tighter the stop, the more likely it triggers. Don't say "risk management," because that's just your word for diversifying, and it eats your gains as much as your losses. And don't say "research" or "due diligence," because that's just your way of saying "be right," and you'll use it to dismiss any failure of your strategy ex post facto.

I'll concede the middle point, if you're willing to give some more detail on your approach to risk management. The majority of the advice I see boils down to "don't go in with more than x% on a given trade" (which is identical to saying "diversify"), "set your stop losses" (which I addressed separately), and the vague "only invest if you're really really sure" (which is the same as "do your research"). Those are the main ideas I was criticising under the name of "risk management," but if I'm overlooking something I'm happy to learn.

The oil implosion of 2020 is going to kill off a lot of even "big names" even if it means they transition to not oil (RDS) or diversify. Bear markets in commodities are times to buy if you get one that will survive the great culling. Because commodities are cyclical and there is still a need for oil for the foreseeable future in spite of, or really because, of memes like TSLA.
The problem here is opportunity cost. A lot of midwits went all in on oil in March/April with a lot of tickers that are revisiting those same lows now. Which meant their timing was literally pointless. You can buy in now since you likely won't time the rise up properly anyway but you will be like those midwits pink wojacking for a while.
Or you could learn a bit about the sector. Commodities, unlike most stocks ATM, still respond at least somewhat to fundamentals.

Could coffee be making me anxious? I get mad very fast, about trivial shit, and I am worried its because of drinking too much coffee.
For example, an hour ago I got an email for a project update from work. This distracted me from what I was doing and I got upset. Then 2-3 minutes later when I was starting to concentrate again, my phone signaled to announce that same email, making me lose my concentration again, and get mad again. Then 2-3 minutes later when I was starting to concentrate my boss called me to ask me if I saw that email he just sent me, causing me to lose my concentration again and at this point I was fuming and slapping my keyboard in crazy rage for absolutely no reason.

Also I'm brewing another pot, because I like to think it helps me concentrate, but I seriously am not sure.

I take speed for add. I get really mad more and more when people ask me questions on teams, either to give me more work or ask how other work I have on a giant list is going, like Jesus christ if you want stuff to get done you need to give me time to actually do the work I'm not waiting until 6 pm when everyone logs off to work

I don't know, I never browsed it before. I'm 33 years old, I already went through that beginner retard phase like 15 years ago.
I could put every principle you'd ever need to know related to getting jack3d in probably a single paragraph but some zoomer with a 225 1RM bench will tell me i'm wrong because some faggot says otherwise.

My exposure to BTC was that I enjoyed buying pizza with it for a while because it was so convenient but then the fees and all the FUD annoyed me and I sold it.
Trading it is much more lame than stocks.. it's like forex trading. Wich sucks aswell.
Holding it for speculation.. idk.. I need my money for stocks. Why would I put it in BTC when I can get margin and just buy some promissing stock

Don't do this. You'll end up getting paranoid and doing something silly I'd you take an entire bag's worth. Set and setting matter a lot for shrooms, and putting yourself in a stressful situation will not make for a good trip.
