It can be declared unconscionable (unfair) by the court if your chainlink mooned, rendering you a millionaire, and she was to be put in governmental assistance after the divorce. Then your prenup is invalidated. A prenup which would be more likely to stand is if it stipulated all premarital property remained with the initial owner and 25% of marital property became hers after the divorce.
