They all live in nigeria on my dads side of the family but there are dudes in Chicago, Detriot, etc doing it too making the same cash. when you buy from a gun shop they do a background check, where the gun shop clerk goes to a back room to call (i believe) someone at the PA state police to run your information and check for anything that would disqualify you from purchasing a gun: felonies, domestic abuse charges, etc. i'm assuming the fake name alerted the police on the very first purchase and rather than shut down the sale the police instructed the clerk to allow the sale so they could set up a sting operation. state police, FBI, DEA, ATF, etc. operate a lot down here. there's a lot of crime because we're like 30 minutes from philly and only a few hours from NYC.

I don't live in USA either. I'm a lawyer in the country where I live and I know of a case where a Magistrate (like a Judge) sentenced a lady to one year imprisonment for shoplifting.
The lady used a 'false bottom' shopping bag and , simply put, the argument by the State was that her act was premeditated. Now, that verdict might have been overturned on appeal but still, this is serious. Just think how your family and loved ones will feel if you get caught and they have to come bail you out of jail.

Back before I made it I used to steal from Wal-Mart on a regular basis. Just grab some extra shit, go through self check out, and toss it in the back without scanning. I work in a large welding / fab shop. Most of the welding, heating, cutting, etc equipment utilize a lot of copper and brass because of the high heat.
They get beat up from the retarded boomers throwing shit around and damaging company equipment, but they are seen as just disposable overhead, a necessary lose to the cost of production.
I collect and sometimes just take these small copper and brass parts, bring them home and toss em in a big bucket in my garage, when it's full I sell it to some pawn shop dude.
It's not much, but it's technically stealing from the company.
