Reduce your positions size and leverage that might be the reason for you to be so stressed out. Have a target and a stop loss / trailing sop loss. My best advice would be to trade while you're awake and close positions while you're asleep, and when you're in green and see the price going up over the night or next few days, just set a stop loss in profit.
