I need 100k to buy out a family property from my cousin that we inherited. Its a really good property and 100k is a bargain for his share. If I decide to flip it I might double, even triple my investment, but wo. it we have to sell for fraction of what I could make.
He given me some time to get financing. I talked with the bank they are not interested. What else can I do?

Talk to some other banks. Tell them your bank is offering a mortgage at whatever higher than normal rate and ask if they can offer a lower interest rate.
