very highly doubt it goes 1000x, sir. that's basically impossible for QNT. try to get an early sale if you want crazy numbers. Zeta protocol just launched and should be doing well over the next few weeks methinks if you stake enough

How is Quant stuck in development when it is in production with hundreds of banks and enterprise?

How do you it explain it being for sale on the UK government’s own website for the public sector?

Is there any definitive proof of Spunta actually implementing Overledger? Not that SIA testing stuff, actual evidence of Spunta integration.

Wut? They are a supplier of G-Cloud 12, now what does that mean?
G-Cloud framework is recommended for
>off-the-shelf services
>short duration requirements
>benchmarking for business case purposes
>where ‘exit’ is primarily concerned with extracting your data
Not recommended for
>requirements where a high level of people-based resources are required
>design and bespoke development – Digital Outcomes & Specialists (RM1043)should be used
>long contracts where there is a ‘lock in’ to a particular supplier
>extending contracts that have expired from other frameworks

It is completely centralized and non transparent, quite the opposite of what crypto is defined as these days. The actual token is just an ERC20 and it is not technically needed for operating the underlying OS of the network. Basically the product is supposed to be Overledger, not QNT.

>> No.23311356

People always say shit like this 'token useless muh bla bla bla'. If dog shit was the only thing ran cars as fuel, would dog shit be valuable? The token is the only thing that runs their product. So if the product is succesful, the demand is in the token. Literally nothing else matters.

Plus all the people ranting on about the token mis the macro view. The token is really going to help bootstrap the network. Licensing for commercial clients is just one tiny aspect. Incentivising gateway operators to stake and act in the best intentions within the network is really where the token plays a part. Its similar to LINK, LINK isnt a blockchain either, in fact they dont have any collateral or staking yet, but the premise is the same.

Why QNT token exists:
1: ICO possibility
2: tokens as a license
3: fiat does not work (yet, think cbdc etc) in cross border world
Enforcing software license agreement based on a TaaL is much easier and robust than current software licenses. Blockchain smart contract technology enables a legal contract that establishes the user’s right to use or distribute software to be confirmed and recorded on an immutable ledger publicly stating the terms and condition of the relevant parties.
This brings huge advantages for technology companies and the customers they seek to serve with greater flexibility, adaptability and security than was previously possible with software licenses.

It will be very common for more and more software licenses to be placed on the blockchain.

The treasury ensures Enterprises don't have to worry about sourcing tokens from an exchange, it can be paid in FIAT and converted to QNT through the treasury. For the community version as it’s a token you can utilise smart contracts etc to perform the purchase of licenses through QNT and do the relevant setup. It's also used for consumption fees for the Overledger Network which obviously wouldn't be viable with FIAT, you may be connecting to a gateway in a different country with a different currency etc and the costs of doing cross border payments for gas fees obviously wouldn't be viable.

All of this provides Utility for the token which creates a circular economy where everyone benefits. Quant will make money off licensing to continue R&D, adding new features, expanding around the world etc, Developers benefit from having a platform with these new features and selling MAPPs to users, Users benefit from the experience / features that OL provides and Holders of QNT benefit from holding the token. All parties have an interest to see the company token succeed and providing marketing / awareness for free, which you just don’t get with FIAT.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but even companies like Adobe have an annual license (subscription) revenue of $5 billion, right? All of which would be bought from the market as QNT tokens and locked up in Quant's case. Which is just one usecase and doesn't even include Gateway staking, oracle collateral, etc. Aside of Quant's ambition / scope being arguably much larger and fundamental for the fabric of human society than those of Adobe...

>> No.23312814

Can you imagine $5billion spent to buy tokens?
This is why QNT will be $1000.
It’s inevitable.

Licenses are one of the reasons why QNT feels safer as hold than, for example, chainlink. In addition to it then having gateway ("node") staking using the QNT tokens as collateral on top. It almost feels like a safer form of link. Whereas which one has higher real price potential in the future is up for debate...

Pic-related should tell you a lot about the future price of tokens like QNT, considering only licenses.
