glad i could help. to be fair it wasn't my idea originally although i modified it a bit, another anon here has been using 16x ATR as an exit point on the TQQQ earlier this year, using a VWMA though and buying at 4x below. i've just felt like 12x is more accurate, 16 is a bit extreme but 12 i feel is at least a good "you should be worried/thinking of selling" line. i don't short, though theoretically you could, but i just don't like the risk/reward of shorting. with longs i can always just DCA averaging down and hodling, you can't really do that with shorts.
