The metals stored at military bases will be digitally marked and assigned a token on the ledger. Only US citizens will be allowed to redeem the Token for metal. It will be illegal to travel out of the country with more than 1 oz of physical gold or 10 oz of physical silver. Any international shipment of gold or silver will have to be sanctioned by the US government and will be heavily tariffed. There will be a program for US citizens to trade in any USD for the new token through a Fed to Treasury swap mechanism.

After the new USDT is swapped to US citizens the government will allow holders of USD to exchange at a slightly reduced rate for close allies and a heavily reduced rate for countries deemed to be neutral. No idea on the nominal value of gold, silver, XRP or any other real asset. Bear in mind the world of $20k gold may also be the world of $800/gallon gas; real issue is what will happen to the purchasing power of real assets.

FWIW silver's typically ran 16:1 the price of gold. Mannerino pegging silver to correct to 15:1 and Keith Newmeyer reports the current mining ratio is 8:1.

A debt is different from a debt note anon. There wasn't enough chaos being created from the pandemic. We were prepared to match their chaos with a reset back then, but thankfully we were given more time to accomplish things in a more orderly fashion.

XRP will rise significantly before revaluation. Its rise could easily match that of silver/gold before breaking out. Gold and silver by their nature are hard to trade, and even if they rise first it may be hard to sell into XRP within enough time to make any significant money. Have a position in physical gold and silver as well as XRP would be my recommendation. Don't expect to swing trade between them efficiently.
