You are letting your emotions run your investments. It is a really bad thing. You need to make decisions before you put your money into anything and run some scenarios in your head. Make a plan for what to do if the coin goes down, what to do when the coin goes up, how long to let it crab. Make a firm exit strategy for every scenario. I hope this helps you do better next time
