Pattern recognition doesn't mean jack shit because it is entirely subjective and based on one person's bias. For this reason, TA is unfalsifiable bullshit. TA does work, but you have to make it work, its part of the toolkit you use to consistently make +ev decisions
you can't just load up a 15m chart on tradingview, turn on bollinger bands and RSI, and expect to make money
don't bother with TA on low mcap/liquidity crypto projects either, all the analysis in the world isn't going to stop you getting dabbed on when some whale decides to dump half the supply of your stupid shitcoin
