Yes, but it is a risky business and it's difficult to find a product that sells in an extremely competitive market. Also you'll have to spend a lot in ads and influencers sometimes with little or no return, I'm not saying it won't work but it's simply not that profitable

Here is the dropshipping redpill:
Find an item which you know you can buy wholesale. Don't buy it for now. Now try and sell it. Market it, do whatever, sell it. If you make no sales, try a different product. If you make sales, refund them all and give the customers a discount voucher to apologize for the cancelled order. Say it was because of overwhelming demand, but assure them the product will return soon. Then go and buy 1000 units, etc, of the product, have it sent to a fulfillment center and resume sales on your website. Guaranteed easy money.
