The affiliate members for each country are required to stake tokens based on the country's size. As it's still really fucking early and Peru is a smaller country it's only 300k at the moment. For reference, once DMM has 100m aum the dao will be burning 300k tokens per month. I can see 100m in assets by next year easily. And if we get there if expect it to grow exponentially after that.
