GME call bros... how bad is the bid/ask spread going to be when we go to sell if the infinity squeeze actually happens? I’ve been seeing large spreads like .59 - 1.12 on some of my calls already. Is it stupid to invest in too many stocks as a small time investor? I'm currently looking at putting together a well diversified portfolio to hold long term. The thing is though, I always end up with like 40 different stocks. I have the money to do it, and I feel fairly confident in the long-term prospects of those companies, it just seems like a large number, especially when comparing it to some of the portfolios posted in /smg/.
I also think it would far outperform SPY, and likely QQQ as well while being more diversified.

I don't realistically think they're going to be any more fucked than they already have been. A lot of sections of America are lightening up on the meme flu restrictions. Most people are capable of seeing by now that it was severely overblown. What oil is really waiting on at this point is an official all clear, but that may not be coming for at least the rest of the year, and possibly not until well into next one, the way (((they))) are dragging out this meme epidemic.

The main problem is that in the coming years electric is going to be a more serious competitor in the energy business which will drive down demand for petroleum products.

My gut says that it's going to stay bottomed out until the meme flu shutdown gets officially lifted, then it might moon from the optimism, but in 3-5 years is going to steadily start going downhill from the electric vehicle memes chipping away their customer base because green energy memes are too influential.
