Can someone explain what is going on with this Kuckcoin hack? Why are so many coins just able to "freeze" the funds? What is even the point of having this stuff be "decentralized" if the owner can just freeze it? Can any crypto have that done? Or can the contract creator do things so that the holders can be assured they can't just freeze it whenever they want?
