I gained money when it peaked but I didn't sell and got dumped on. My thought process is usually "maybe the pajeets will keep pumping". I think I'm not really seriously trying to make money or at least I wasn't until I kept getting fucked. xBTC in particular talked a big game, but the developers "took a break" after launch and it seems like early adopters just keep dumping it once they get sufficient tokens. I expected it to be a long term hodl, but when you're losing 20% of your money every day it becomes hard to justify something like that.
