They're building the network, take five minutes to put some thought into it and you'll add up how expensive it is to do this. The team is in the rapid growth phase. A big chunk will be taken by salaries. I won't try to break down every component but here's some areas.

They will likely be running 5-10 mil a year in salaries alone after their hiring expansion (50 roles * 100k). The team's been moving in the right direction which is evident by the token price. Don't forget the government will be leaching tax from their dumps as well.
