I'm actually up about 600~ dollars overall, it's just that if I had bought/sold less retardedly I would be up 600-2300 dollars. Possibly more, if I had weaker hands.

I will say that my losses will, while annoying to file, reduce my overall tax liability for when I work for UPS as a PVD and make 50/hr 40 hours a week the last 8 weeks of 2020 and the first 4 weeks of 2021.

I am simply bad at swing trading and when it pumps I often find myself FOMO'ing back in then getting dumped on. It is easier to just not, or to do it with a small amount of money (like 1 eth, maybe) and just play from there and see where I can go. But being awake all day watching charts and hoping your big swing gets pulled off and then going to bed angry is not a good feeling so I'd like to just quit while I'm still ahead instead of getting fucked again.

This is besides the part where swinging my stack around means I have to report all the times I bought and sold the same coins worth 2000 dollars and have the IRS ask me how the fuck it was possible I lost money 70% of the time (though since most day traders are the same maybe they won't be surprised).
