Since GME is starting to polarize people, what's your guys take on PLAY?
KKR took an 8% stake during January before corona hit.
This week they upped it to 11.7% for some reason.
The stock is slowly trekking upwards since the March crash so no crazy pumps/volatility.

If you don't know, PLAY belongs to Dave & Busters. They sat comfortable above $40 for nearly their entire existence. They're at $15.90 but I think they can hit $25 by eoy.

We also saw the same posts about WKHS and that went parabolic. Big time investors buying into WKHS were a major factor in the shilling when the stock was around 4$ (Just like GME). I could draw that parallel and say that is why you should buy into GME because it worked for WKHS, but most likely you would deny that and call me retarded.
WKHS even had a fairly big draw down on the day that Pence was shilling for that truck and people were ITT saying that WKHS was going to go bankrupt because they had no fundamentals and /smg/ would be bagholding forever, much like you are doing now.
Remember that a long time ago WKHS was a very expensive stock before its relisting which crabbed down to pennies, another pattern when shared with GME.
/smg/ memeing a low priced stock with hopes for a future moonshot does not mean that it is doomed, nor does it mean it'll do well.

There was 0 movement during contango. After that, more and more news about infinite supply issues the world over, record-breaking profit and record-breaking fixed contracts guaranteeing historical record profit for the year at the least, along with those companies paying the shit out of their debts, some being completely debt-free, while having tons of on-hand money and doing stock buybacks, saw the price crab down almost fast enough that crabbing stops being too accurate, but not quite.

I don't touch IPOs but what I do remember is that you usually want to enter only after 6 months or so once the early investors (whatever you call them again) are allowed to dump their shares.

+10% is nothing after a bunch of us gambled on chinese PnDs for easy +100% on gambling money, and frankly the downside potential on playing chinese pnd's and IPOs are pretty much the same

No idea what you mean by that. The situation on GME and tankers is identical, with identical rhetoric as well. By identical, I include the amount and direction of institutional involvement, earliness of /biz/ vs the world, discourse on non-/biz/ channels, reasoning, history, trend of stock before entry, etc. etc.
WKHS had not a single common aspect. The one shill against WKHS did not receive the kind of responses I'm currently receiving, whereas brandon, during the tanker shit, did receive precisely the exact same replies.
All in all, if you're in GME under $7.5, set a stop loss at $7.5 and wait, that's fair enough. Just don't expect to get $10 by the end of this. And I'm not saying the stock won't hit $15 before going down: several of the tankers did the exact equivalent of that, but never went further. If you are in above $7.5, you should sell immediately or otherwise be comfortable losing entry-point - $7.5 and set your stop loss there.
