Nobody really cares about Core, as long as they don't destroy the BTC chain all the whales play ball, and the whales as a group is all that matter. Twitter opinions don't matter, paid BSV shills don't matter, 4chan contrarians don't matter. A bunch of whales and miners defected and made their BCH for but that also stopped mattering.
BTC has become digital gold and is pretty much a finished product. Other chains might do the currency thing, so you poorfags can buy your cup of coffee maybe, but honestly, fiat works just fine for that.
