Short selling is when you borrow a stock to sell it on the expectation that you will buy it back later for cheaper.
Shares have a 3 day settlement time, so you have 3 days to deliver them to whomever you sold the borrowed shares to.
Sometimes a stock is so hard to borrow that certain *ahem* entities just sell it even though they haven't arranged to borrow it yet. If they can't secure a borrow within the 3 day settlement it's considered a "fail to deliver". I.E. they're selling shit which doesn't exist.

Being put on the threshold list means for the PAST 5 DAYS entities have failed to deliver 325,000 shares per day

Now prices are driven buy supply-demand. If more people are buying price goes up. If more people are selling price goes up. What does it mean if 325,000 shares worth of selling have been fake for the past 5 days?

I learned a good bit from YouTube and I got a how to swing trade book off amazon

Started with 5k to build confidence. Burned through 2k of that real quick. When I learned enough to build it back to 5k I went big dick and put in 50. Now up to 73 just off simple slow and steady swings. Never putting more than 2% of my portfolio at risk. I consider “at risk” how much id be down if I hit a stop loss not the total investment.

Up top 73 now so I’m pretty happy with that.

Divvy stocks fall as much as the market, but never recover. When there is any sign of financial trouble, divvies are cut, and they're only established again when the company feels like it. Only MLPs and REITs are forced to pay divvies based on profit, other types of companies can do whatever they like. When divvy is paid, stock price is affected negatively in proportion to it.

I missed out on the bullrun of a lifetime and literally days after I started investing the whole ufcking market shits the bed. Since I started buying stocks, I have legit not seen two green days in a row and the S&P 500 is down like 6-7% since then.
What's even the point of index funds or a diversified portfolio if the entire market dumps in parallel anyway? You possibly lose a few percentage points less, in exchange for also gaining less if the market turns around?
