The only reason it's even valued this low is because of China FUD. They're very close to having a monopoly, and it's a very lucrative business being the leader of bleeding edge semiconductors. They manage to have amazing growth (normally manufacturer margins are shit compared to typical tech shit) precisely because their yield are fucking amazing, practically no imperfections, and each water sells for a lot (5 figures).
