I told you; Bitcoin doesn't change. Once we get the protocol set, it's set. And that's going to happen and post beta stage, we will have it all set and the protocol will be set. Why? Because it's critically reliant on it not being multiple version of the protocol. Miners don't choose - miners enforce. It's not a voting mechanism. I mentioned this one before. It would be horrible as a voting mechanism. think about it; it is a few powerful individuals, not a democracy, that you may not know, unless you have it set up the way I want. It is a few powerful people who could control the worlds economy that aren't beholden to government. This is... criminals would LOVE this. Global ones. I mean really, you don't want that. It's not "nodes vote" - nodes create blocks. So your home Raspberri Pi - that is bullshit! When they are telling you "you are creating blocks", you are not! There is only 32 BTC miners at the moment, including the smallest of the pools that hardly do any blocks. That's it. And out of those, the majority is controlled by three. All of which everyone knows where they are, what they do, how to find them, how to serve them with documents. That's important. Because when you can serve someone with a document and take their computers away, because it is not all virtual, it is PHYSICAL. Then you can actually enforce behavior and make sure that people act responsibly. So if the protocol doesn't change, if it is set - Then no one gets to play around, no one gets to force changes, no one gets to do any of this stuff. It's just there. And people can build all kinds of funky things on top of Bitcoin.

Some will be legal some will be illegal - all sort of things will happen. That's how the world works. But none of this "we have different versions"... You don't have different versions. A soft fork is this: [holds up "On Bullshit" booklet]. A soft fork is a hard fork that we do down the track, so that you BELIEVE that it was only a soft fork. So, we say that the change happens after this point. But that still is a hard fork. And it is not even really a fork. It is a completely new system. It's a bait and switch. What we are saying is; all of you will be on this NEW blockchain but we will call it "Bitcoin". Aha? So, as I've been saying, Bitcoin may have been released as an open source software, but the database isn't. And those sort of things are important. And it will be a shock to a few people, because they are incentivized not to want to listen to me. Because they have put a lot of time and effort into hijacking my protocol.

And even Ethereum are going to not listen. Why? Because they are incentivized into their whole "decentralized" mantra. Not that that actually means anything. There are only a few Ethereum nodes as well. Very few. So, the reality here is very simple: if you want a stable system, if you want this to scale and all the rest, then stop the marxist BS with "decentralized, democratized finance" which is fairly meaningless when you actually think that through. I mean, these controls that were put in place around selling to anyone, were so you couldn't have stock scams, penny share scams, all the ICO things that were happening. So that people didn't rip off pensioners of their money, as people are doing right now. I mean they are sitting there going, "we are inventing things". No they are not. They are scumbags, taking money from people they shouldn't be taken money from. Without exception. And they can think themselves really good because they had some stupid idea that never took off, and it is their right to sit on the money now. But the reality is, even if you are talking contractual common law contract, you have taken a promise to take money and deliver a service or a good. You don't do that, you give that money back. And you are not a company, so the reality here is, you should be giving ALL of it back. Not 'bankrupt type' back. EVERY cent! And if that means you sell your house to pay back the money you've spent already, so be it! That's actually the way the law works. Not only legislation, the COMMON law. You made a promise - so I don't care if you call yourself an anarcho-capitalist.

>>22695609
Start thinking this through. You made a PROMISE! That is what a contract is - it is a promise. You said: I am gonna deliver this service if you give me this money. And every ICO out there, because there is no successful ICO, took money on a false promise. They DEFRAUDED people. And that is not even "anarcho-capitalism", that is just fraud! The only way it is not fraud is, if you give that money back. You raise 50 million, you give back 50 million. Not "minus the salary"... You are not a company, I'm sorry. As an ICO you are just a partnership. And the great thing with this is... there are records.

Damn. That shit sounds expensive. Glad I'm not paying the losers fee on this one.
OR on the trial for a $1b + damages, which will now go ahead.
Sucks to be such a fucking loser, eh?

The Judge in the case told craig wright that he can't weasel out of his bullshit and it's going to a trial by jury. Judge also said that she believes Dave Kleiman was his partner. Basically craig wright is going to owe Ira Kleiman a lot of bitcorns

he was trying to get the Florida (Kleiman..) case thrown out, because (a), (b), (c), etc. That attempt got thrown out today, because (a), (b), (c), etc all bullshit.

tldr, he lost. That was also pretty much his last roll of the dice, it will now goto trial. And he is so NOT winning that, No fucking Sir. It will also bankrupt him, just on costs.

obviously cregs tactic is going to be "the judge ordered me to give ira 50% of my bitcoins but i can't because mystery gook hasn't arrived with keys....so i have no choice but force nchain miners to mine invalid blocks to give me the corns"

obviously this will instantly destroy bsv's price as ira is clearly going to sell asap, so will be mad rush to door.

further, obviously creg is going to try this same scam against btc but will be told to fuck off by miners.

bsv tards think that "law will force coins" but there is zero precedent in common law for this to happen (ie. i dropped my safe filled with gold coins at bottom of ocean and now court is going to force innocent 3rd party fishing boats to go retrieve it for me"

in the end tho, creg is going to kill himself.

Dismissal via Summary Judgement
and jog on.
the Judge fucking hates him, shes (literally) the only one who wants this shitfest to go to a Jury. Just so she can sadistically prolong his agony and run up the expenses. And finding 12 men who find creg unobjectionable would be a difficult task in any jurisdiction.
tldr; hes so fucked. And you know it

cregs sole tactic is keep spinning plates, till they all come crashing down. Plates & Bullshit. I'd make a bet rn his lawyers will walk before the verdict as well. Aint no-one need to listen to months of his shit

at some point ira is going to have a choice. competent council will not go "take btc miners to court" as they want their 30% cut and they know 30% of $0 is $0.

ira's council will at some point take the tact of "creg is a complete conman who is a nobody but his lies have caused torturous interference and untold pain + suffering + legal expenses"

they will then expand case to include calvin and show calvin is running criminal enterprise (illegal gaming).

trusts me, this is going to develop into the most glorious shitshow you can imagine. at some point calvin is going to be forced to abandon creg because of above....this is why:

creg is going to kill himself.
