22666757 No.22666757 [Reply] [Original]

Biz I'm thinking about selling half of my LINK stack(20k stack so 10k LINKs). Yeah I missed the top, but if I sell half now I'll have $100k which I can use to move out and live very well for like 3-4 years. Should I do it? It feels like LINK will be dumping back down to $5 where it will crab between $5-$7 for another 6 months. I'm 20 as well so it would be really nice to have a place of my own, but then again if LINK goes back to $20 or maybe even $40, I'll have $400k-$800k instead of $200k-$400k. The world economy seems so bearish as well.

probably yeah just enjoy your life man, stressing over potential money isnt worth it, you still have half your stack left anyways

How did you have the balls to hold it all through the last month and not at least cash out a suicide stack? If I were in your shoes yes absolutely sell 10k, invest 30% into some other low cap gems and cash the rest. Link is going the way of cardano and its a very difficult thing to watch.

>>22667885
5k or $50k will last for about 1.5 years. LINK might crab for 2 years at $8. I need at least 2 years of living secured so I could hold through the great crabbening if it were to happen.

Why it should crab for 2 years? It’s a lot in the pipeline with no timeframe. Could come very soon too

This is why you guys should have jobs. I’m never selling, if we crab 2 years at $8 I add 10k link to my stack, if we moon I already got my golden ticket, win win.

A job at my country pays about €1000 a month. Basically fuck all. Rent is €400 minimum. Food is €8 a day at least for one person. I've never waged and I never will. Only reason I'm in uni is to have an excuse to not wage.
>>22668081
It didn't go past the $5 ATH last time for almost a year. With bigger marketcaps the timeframe might be bigger. We have no idea what's in the pipeline for Chainlink. Currently all it does is give free pricefeeds to DeFi stuff which is just borrowing USD stablecoins to farm worthless tokens. Hopefully we will see some real world usage from big companies, but I doubt that will come any time soon.

I'm selling somewhere around half my stack so that I can scale back on employment hours and build the life I want. Follow your heart OP. Even if it blasts off the minute funds hit your bank account (it won't), you will still have made the optimal decision for your soul.

because you clearly have zero idea about markets and whats the end goal here.

goal is to make the most money, after i dumped 100% of LINK mid August, and exited all crypto alltogether, took 3 weeks off from this board to fuck around i disconnected from the idea of Chainlink fully.

yeah and also didnt caught the top at 20, i was like yeah whatever.

you are probably retarded so you will sell, leave USD/EUR on exchange and watch 5min charts and buy back in higher because "muh singularity" is coming.

if you believe your entire life hinges link, then my advice might be horseshit. if you don't, then it isn't. if you genuinely believe the former, then you ought to consider that maximizing link gains at the expense of other valuable experiences is not optimal.

there is a lot of background that you will have to figure out regardless of your gains; how to vet and maintain a trusted social circle, how to enforce your needs i adversarial environments (contractual or otherwise), how to overcome your internal obstacles and so on. practice in these areas is invaluable, a multiplier on the practical value of your link stack much greater than the quarter or half you'd miss out on by selling now.
dyor of course, but don't let feckless permaholders bully you out of living life on your terms.

Ok this is what is happening, link will be used for intermediary for many processes some will be used to enslave humanity. Alot of people have a serious amount of link that frequent biz. The markets are heavily manipulated, they are trying to shake the weak hands with reverse pyschology threads and trying to bleed out link the company is losing market cap, they don't seem to be doing anything to combat this hmmm. Do the opposite of what (((they))) tell you to do, you will have the last laugh. Also don't fucking hold forever like a retard.
