Is there a hardware wallet that lets you store your diversified portfolio (read: memecoins). Preferably one where you can easily add wallets as new coins release.

the struggle is real with this. I would even take a software wallet. The only thing close is Exodus but even that doesnt have any memecoins or shitcoins. It doesn't even have a lot of good coins. Just the mainstream ones.
